PROCESSING & DELIVERY

Every Shanelle product is carefully prepared and inspected to ensure it meets our quality standards before dispatch.

Wigs (Classic & Signature Collection): Please allow 3–6 weeks for processing, as each unit is customised to the highest level of quality and finish.

Bundles & Closures: Please allow 2–3 weeks for processing.

Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped via DHL Express and a tracking number will be sent to your email address.
