From customisation and styling to final quality inspections, every stage is completed with care to deliver a beautifully finished unit that reflects the quality and craftsmanship Shanelle is known for.
For this reason, made-to-order wigs require approximately 3–6 weeks for production before dispatch.
We believe exceptional quality is worth the wait.

Once your order has been completed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee amendments once order processing has commenced.
Shanelle is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost parcels, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
All Shanelle orders are shipped via DHL, a globally recognised and trusted courier service, to ensure the safe and secure delivery of your order.
Once your order has been dispatched and tracking information has been provided, the parcel has been officially handed over to the courier and is no longer under our control.
Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and contacting the courier directly regarding any delivery issues, including parcels that are lost, delayed, stolen, missing, or marked as delivered but have not been received.
While we are happy to provide reasonable assistance where possible, Shanelle cannot accept liability for parcels once they have been transferred to the courier for delivery.
Any investigation, claim, or dispute relating to a shipment must be raised directly with the courier, as responsibility for the parcel rests with them from the point of dispatch.
